INSTRUCTIONS ON HOW TO FILL-OUT THE SURVEY
Each page of the survey is completed when you see the buttons BACK, NEXT or SUBMIT (BACK–NEXT or SUBMIT).
In case you cannot see the aforementioned buttons, you should place your cursor on the center of the page (inside the box of the survey) and scroll down until you see them.
If you do not fill-out the survey, your answers will not be taken into account for the research.
