Vouliwatch is an independent, non-profit initiative for open government, enhancing transparency and accountability and promoting democratic participation through digital technology. It aims to bring democratic participation and the concept of active citizenship into the digital age. It has also established the first International Parliamentwatch Network with similar initiatives from around the world.
- Along with 13 organizations, iMEdD co-signed a joint letter advocating for improved public information access laws in Greece as part of Vouliwatch’s campaign.
- Director of Vouliwatch, Stefanos Loukopoulos, participated as a speaker at the Workshop on the Right of Access to Public Information, in the framework of iMEdD International Journalism Forum 2021.
