CORRECTIV is the largest German public-interest media organization dedicated to strengthening democracy through investigative journalism, media education, and technology. As an award-winning newsroom, it initiates public debates, collaborates with citizens in its reporting, and supports society through media educational programs. CORRECTIV.Europe is the organization’s international division, created in response to the growing need to support local journalism across Europe.
Today, the network connects nearly 500 members in more than 35 countries. Rather than producing investigations centrally, CORRECTIV.Europe develops cross-border reporting projects and equips local journalists with datasets, workflows, investigative methods, and collaborative opportunities they would often not be able to access independently.
